About the University’s hostels and Student accommodation
Accommodation Facilities
Our facilities include include a study table, chair, closet, bed and high density mattress for each occupant
Eligibility for accommodation.
- All new full-time first-year undergraduate students MUST reside in the university
- All new full-time International
- Students with special requirements such as those living with disabilities
- Continuing registered students
When and how to Apply
- At the end of every academic year all rooms are declared vacant based on hostel occupancy and type. The Rooms Allocation Committee shall meet to set aside rooms for first years, and students living with disability.
- The continuing students will be allowed to book rooms within one week.
- Upon payment of the relevant accommodation fees, and submission to the CHO payment receipt together with a duly filled Lease Agreement Form EU/APD/FM/14 the student shall be allocated a room fully equipped with all the items within ONE (1) day on filling an inventory form EU/APD/FM/15 and EU/APD/FM/24
- Every end of the semester, the student will be required to clear from the room filling form EU/APD/FM/22 and sign out on the residents register.
- Where the student decides to be a non – resident Form EU/APD/FM/16 will be filled by the student, signed by the Landlord/lady and verified by the Halls Officer.

- IT IS MANDATORY FOR ALL 1ST YEARS TO RESIDE IN THE UNIVERSITY HOSTELS
- Payment should be exact and no refund until the completion of the course.
- The university Reserves the Right of Admission.
- Accommodation will only be provided to those who have cleared their tuition fee.
- First years will not access room 1, 2
- No cooking is allowed in the university hostels ü Accommodation Acc./No. 1101862637at KCB.
